Hunting the Franconia Meteorite Strewn Field.
This DVD will pertain to most strewn fields. There seems to be an elliptical pattern to falls. The elliptical pattern
is highlighted for the Franconia field. Gold Basin, another in Arizona, will apply as well. however the boundaries
have yet to be defined. The information in the DVD will enable a hunter to recognize a stony as well as iron
meteorites and familiarize the hunter with the tools required.

This DVD was shot in the field with professional hunters Larry Sloan, Jim Smaller, Wayne Holmes, Todd Parker, Bill Versluis and John Wolfe who found the Franconia strewn field. Ruben Garcia narates this excellent video of fellow Meteorite Hunters and friends Paul Desilets & Mike Morgan while on a Gold Basin Meteorite Hunt! Together they find some great meteorites and have tons of fun hunting well into the night.

Is this a fragment of the Tunguska Meteorite?

Here is a screen-shot of a video found on Youtube.com when Tunguska is searched for. I watched the video out of curiosity at first just like anyone who had heard of the Tunguska Event and wanted to know more about it.

This is a great way to get people involved with meteorites.
